CCNZ made a submission on the Resource Management (Consenting and Other System Changes) Amendment Bill.

The submission reinforced CCNZ's RMA reform positions, and called for:

• more specific definition around natural hazard risks
• more recognition of the role civil contractors play responding to emergencies
• Fine tuning around proposals to extend consents for long-lived infrastructure, and for this definition to include water
• other minor changes and revisions
